Streaming Lag & Freezing

Make A Suggestion

I love the direction that this platform is going in, but I multi-stream on a couple other platforms, and this is the only platform that I’m experiencing lagging and freezing, not sure if this has anything to do with all the Djs on the platform all at once, but i just wanted to make mention of this, looking forward to continue streaming here.

    Hello,

    Thank you for the feedback.

We will look to see if there is anything on our end that may be causing this. But please take the time to do an internet speed test and confirm your bit rate is compatible with your speed.
