Apple App . Doesn’t support any moderator features
I am very disappointed that the Apple app isn’t allowing the use of any moderator features like shoutout etc. they simply don’t work. Incoming raid notifications don’t show either. I am autistic and have learning disabilities. I am a skilled moderator. But I am finding it very hard. Yesterday the app showed I had been blocked from a stream when I hadn’t. The chat also starts jumping really fast and I am finding I have to refresh just to type in the chat. It is very confusing

Hello Paul,
Unfortunately we have not reached the point of adding those features and functionality. It is a work in progress.

This is correct, as it’s the same thing with the Android app. You can use mod functions in the mobile browser. It’s not ideal, but give it some time. Patience - hopefully LOL
