Payment of the outstanding value
Hello good morning. Since the website is shut down for the moment and there is no real assurance that it will come back or not, and also in the name of transparency and honesty, all outstanding values that streamers had gained up until the time of the shut down should be paid even if they do not meet the $50 required. People spent hard earned money on it and streamers spent their time to earn it. It is only fair that it goes where it is supposed to in order to maintain respect and credibility on the LFG brand. Also it is not good at all for said image, respect and credibility, that certain things that were announced or promised never really actually happened, like for instance the announcement of the winners of the money prizes that were provided by sponsors. That should have been announced and the winners should have gotten their prizes, and if not maker a public disclaimer about it explaining the reasons or at the very least send an email to the users so they know what happened. Not talking about it or pretending it never happened is not a good strategy in my opinion. Truly hope to see some proper information and action on LFG’s part about these situations in the next couple of days.
Scroll bars would be helpful
When you click on my DJ’s in blue on the left hand side and it brings up your friends, following and followers lists it would be helpful to have a scroll bar down the right hand side of each section so you can see all of your friends, followers and who you are following.
The Relaunch of LFG.TV 2.0
I completely understand the decision to delay the relaunch. Rebuilding something this meaningful takes time and precision. But I genuinely hope the team keeps the momentum alive; what you’ve created has inspired so many of us. I’m deeply invested in LFG’s vision and would love to volunteer my support on the marketing side to help keep the community engaged and excited during this next chapter. Much respect, Dre | LmLw Radio 2025 on LFG
Polls would be good
Having the ability to post a poll during streams would be great they are a great and fun way to interact with your viewers eg for choosing who to raid and so much more.
Apple App . Doesn’t support any moderator features
I am very disappointed that the Apple app isn’t allowing the use of any moderator features like shoutout etc. they simply don’t work. Incoming raid notifications don’t show either. I am autistic and have learning disabilities. I am a skilled moderator. But I am finding it very hard. Yesterday the app showed I had been blocked from a stream when I hadn’t. The chat also starts jumping really fast and I am finding I have to refresh just to type in the chat. It is very confusing
Gamers
Inquiry. Why is there a foreign streamer only streaming a boring computer game? I honestly thought this platform was just for music only. Why is it turning I to twitch? When you launched the hype was the channel is for DJs? It's just disappointing to see.
App Update v 1.1
I would like to see the change log for the app, I do think they worked on the screen timeout function - but now the quality of the streams is buffering watching them through the app. When you click on a stream, you get a blank screen, then it shows up and starts to buffer. That is what I notice now. I will report back with more findings.
too many ads, losing viewership
I am a mod for MATRIX_NYC there are too many ads on this platform. this is taking away a lot of engagement from viewers, or those passing through. who wants to watch ads while the dj is in the groove! I have commented on two other posts about this. he still sees them while he is streaming. I understand that there are things you are working on, but come on this is too much. There will be some viewers who cannot afford the passes or subs to bypass this. let’s make this for the viewer, the dj for all of us to have a great time. It is like being in a club and a commercial kicks in while your dancing to the great vibes? come on. This also takes the vibe away as well for the mod. hoping in time you can improve this. I am being patient and know that in time things will get better.
Mod dashboard
Would be a great idea to create a mod dashboard/mod view for desktop / mobile version for all moderators. similar to the other platforms. Include the features such as: active mods for the streamer mod bots in the stream such as StreamElements, Nightbot, ect. that the mod or streamer uses. mod badge icon on the chat mod actions to provide a history of what the mod did for the streamer. what words are you allowed to say in chat or ban activity feed private communication between mods during live streams if there is a spammer, or someone that we want to keep an eye on. time outs/ unban / ban request so we can let users know why we are banning them, unban, time outs. section for modes for the streamer i.e. follower mode, emote mode, sub mode. timer mode for chat (make it slow mode or at a certain time pace to keep an eye for potential naughty users). mod settings for the users/streamer. similar to the other platforms. a section where you can see what other streamers the moderator moderates for. more emotes to add, maybe partner with BTTV or 7TV to make the user experience more fun. I know it is a lot but those are my thoughts
Moderator guides
How does the moderator features work here. Are you going to have a moderator dashboard? I just signed up because I am the moderator for MATRIX_NYC’s other channels and we want to test run the moderator features. I looked online and on YT but did not see any information. Thank you!
Player muted by default
It's quite important that all media players are muted by default. There are too many situations were where viewers aren't immediately ready to hear the stream. (i.e. waiting rooms, in public, forget device volume at max etc.)
Pop out mini player
I would watch more streams if the mobile app had a pop out mini player or allowed audio to continue in the background.
Streaming Notifications
Are there any plans to implement streaming go-live notifications? Currently, you there is no way on knowing when DJs that you follow are going live.
