So as a winner of the 1k coin/month for life & yet every month LFG needs reminding? LFG has yet to uphold their end of the contest winning contract once without being reminded. I as a winner should not have to remind LFG to fulfil the promised/contracted prize every single time!
use deleted account email
I deleted my profile and tried to redo another profile with the same email address jobakr@gmail.com from the deleted account and I couldn't, so it's difficult to join lfg.tv with such harsh rules, I'll have to create another email just to be able to make a new profile? I don't intend to create another email just to create a profile here, in this case I prefer to continue on Youtube, I hope you can give me a chance to reuse the email jobakr@gmail.com to create another profile

Can't make account
Hello. I’ve come across a problem. I made an account and later realized I could not change the username. I deleted the account thinking I could make a new one with the same email and phone number. It didn’t want to take the same email so no problem, I used a different one. However, it seems the phone number has to be different too? It just says a user with the information already exists. I believe the username is available since nothing comes up when you search for it on LFG. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

FEEDBACK, TRY DIFFERENT STREAMING SERVERS IF U EXPERIENCE ISSUES
hi, about 2 weeks ago my obs was constantly disconnecting from LFG, to the point i just stopped doing lfg streams. However i tried using a different streaming server and voila, it all worked again smoothly. it is recommended i use the US west server to stream [im in australia/melb - far south] but, this was constantly failing. so i swapped to the EU server, and straight away everything was way better. the us west server may be perforeming better now, but ive remained on the europe server as its performing fine for me this is not a bug or complaint, just something ive found..

It’s been about 30 days, so here’s an update: Nothing has changed as of yet. This issue is making it very difficult to grow our channel on @LFG.TV Our community has been trying to support us and ALL incoming raids are failing. We now have begun to have difficulty with outbound raids as well. I’ve written in about this 3 times already, no one has helped resolve this…… I am not able to input banking info to get payments for my channel
Server Timeout (IP Ban?)
Dealing with an odd issue where the API and Chat subdomains of LFG-dot-TV are not responding for me. I’ve tested the connection from other IP addresses, and it appears to be a silent IP ban, which I believe started yesterday. This is not unusual; my ISP uses a single shared IP for residential customers, so I run into issues like this a lot. If the ban was for legitimate reasons, I’m not going to ask for a loophole just for me. However, the timing has me slightly concerned. I’m the author of a certain home-made Emote Wall that supports a handful of other streaming sites, and was asked to look into adding LFG support a month before you went live. The day before yesterday, I had just completed integration support, and was testing and smoothing things out to prepare for a release. However, that’s on hold until I can be sure that the project’s connections were not the reason for the IP ban. I can’t very well release something to streamers if it’s going to get them blocked from doing their streams. I should include that I did not experience a “ban moment” - none of my requests suddenly started getting blocked while I was working, so I don’t know when it happened or what requests might have triggered it. For transparency, the only requests my project makes are to wss://chat.lfg.tv/socket.io/?EIO=4&transport=websocket, https://api.lfg.tv/users/[USER], https://api.lfg.tv/v1/users/[CHANNEL]/followers, https://api.lfg.tv/v1/users/[USER]/subscribed/[CHANNEL], and https://api.lfg.tv/v1/streams/[STREAM_ID]/hype-train. None of the requests were frequent, all made with a normal Chrome-based web browser following CORS rules, nothing fancy. It doesn’t send any messages in chat, or use any authentication. I wanted to request this info privately, but my prior email on the subject of channel emote list access went ignored, and this is somewhat crucial for my project’s roadmap, plus a lot of streamers are waiting.

I brought it up a couple weeks ago that it’s not allowing me to add my banking info to receive payments from LFG. Please help…..
access pass renewal charged but not granted
LFG charged me for an access pass renewal on Oct 6 but the access pass did not renew. Payment is posted on my credit card statement, but the access pass is expired. Please deliver what you charged me for.
Commenting in a live
Hello LFG Team. I noticed that i cannot comment in a stream. I used to be able to hit the @ symbol in the comment box and a list of names would show. Now I cannot saw the names anymore. Is there a fix for this?
