Broken promise on credits!

So as a winner of the 1k coin/month for life & yet every month LFG needs reminding?
LFG has yet to uphold their end of the contest winning contract once without being reminded.
I as a winner should not have to remind LFG to fulfil the promised/contracted prize every single time!
