Disconnection in livestreams.

HI We are live streaming to lfg.tv from a 247 live streaming & Music tv station, Rave Archive UKTV this is a constant live feed streaming to all platforms & have an auto reconnect built into our servers supplied via Wowza TV & Streaming Pulse Servers, However we have been experiencing stream disconnections from your platform. Do you have a limit to the time that a live stream can be fead to lfg.tv which may be causing these stream disconnections? our system isnt recognising this disconnection in order for it to then reconnect, so this suggest that there may be a restriction of somekind or a streamtime limit that can be fead to your platform.. were streaming to the 24/7 channel however if this happens then its not 24/7 as it would suggest so there is some confusion on why this is happening & these drop out occure we want to reach out to you first before we start an invesitgation with our systems….     We’ve identified an issue where very long streams (over 24 hours) can disconnect and result in a black screen. If this happens, the solution is simple: stop the stream, wait about 20 seconds, and then reconnect. There’s no need to regenerate a stream key.

    Our team is actively working on a fix to make these disconnects seamless so that streams can automatically recover without interruption.
