Issue raiding from streamer and mod roles

On some occasions I will try to raid someone and it will give an error saying user not found. I also went to extremes such as copy/pasting the name and it still didnt work. This applied to both mod roles and streamer roles. Another example, my buddy dj_latinagirl_1985 was trying to raid djsisco (today 12 Sep 2025) and did everything right and it would not let her raid out. It’s giving her the same error (User not found etc). Is someone looking at this issue?
