Many streamers have told us they have been unable to raid our channel @DJIntensity1200. Is there something that can be done to fix this problem?

    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching out.

This is not a widespread issue that we’re aware of. We are streamers too and have not experienced this either.

both of the following raid commands work

    /raid intensity1200 and /raid @intensity1200

Please note that the channel name is DJIntensity1200. the issue is not with the command, but that the raid itself fails
