Mobile App Updated Issues

Thanks for the feedback, again….

I know the log in issue has been corrected this afternoon, but it has not. After a few hours it will log you out again. This automatic log out should be at least 7 days, if that is an issue.

We are working to have it not log you out at all unless you log yourself out.

• When scrolling through the feed of DJ’s streaming, make muting the audio an option, some people are at work or someplace where they aren’t looking to make a lot of noise.

• Notifications need to be enabled or written in the mobile app so you know if you got a message or a DJ you follow is on.

• While logged in, forever how long that is, when you exit the app, and then reenter it will bring you back to the stream you were on, but then the video is blank as is the audio, but the chat room works. You have to refresh it to get everything proper again.

• The App needs to be able to run in the background and stop the screen from turning off, because once the screen turns off, then you lose your stream and it’s back to the above point. I will use the app to keep track of the chat while I am streaming, so the screen thing is an issue.

• Please enable all “/ commands”, shoutout, raid, pin, ect while in the app, it helps for those who might be modding from the app, as well as the streamer. Also, all in chat notifications need to be enabled, I don’t recall seeing any, so I am not too sure, but I figure to say something if its not enabled.

I don’t like to compare apps to others, but this app needs to have the functionality that the Twitch app has, if not better, because the app is a major part to being successful.
