Its my mother and her friend. They are able to view the site on mobile for a short while then either the sound goes and/or the picture. They have unlimited internet on their phone so the issue is not with that.

Thanks for the feedback. For this issue, we are unable to know what the problem is and could be due to internet connection of the user. We have not received any feedback of this being an ongoing issue.
