Need Ad Manager

As of yesterday, I'm being bombarded with ads, even in my own channel. We need a way to adjust and preferably disable the ads. A one-time preroll is acceptable, but every 10 minutes is excessive. I would prefer not to burden my viewers with ads. This is one nice thing about Twitch’s ad setup that gives the streamer flexibility to make that choice if they so wish. I get this is not twitch, however they do some things right like their chat and ad management.

Ads should also be disabled for the streamer in their own channel. If this is going to be tied to the access pass then grant the streamers a life long access pass to their own channle or something simple.

Thank you for the consideration.

I am a mod and having all these ads takes away the positive vibe from the streamer. when you mean unsub viewers do you mean those that do not have the Access Pass?

It seems apparent LFG is tuning ads. So probably need to wait for it to be worked out. As is the case, Twitch is a fairly good model of what to do …and what not to do. Hopefully LFG is still studying this and will improve. I think we all understand that ads mean $$ for streamers.

The 1st ad does not run until the unsubscribed viewer has 1:30 to view your stream to see who you are and what you are streaming. Yes ads run throughout the stream for unsubscribed viewers. Based on our research, ads on LFG.TV run less frequently than on other streaming platforms. This is intentional.

Not all ads are paid ads on LFG.TV Streamers will earn revenue on ads when LFG.TV does.

Regarding Streamers seeing ads on their own channel, this has been fixed.

Ad management is a feature that will be added in the future.

I am angry … 95% of the dj’s on this platform come from twitch. So nope you can’t compare to “other streaming platforms” ( aka youtube which every sane user uses with an adblocker ) … just my 2 cents

yeah i noticed this too, and i find adds really annoying….. so we need to have the choice. and we should also get paid to put adds on our channels !!!
