no revenue and on stripe 0$

Tell Us About A Problem

i posted on wrong category i saw it too late sorry about that… here repost in “Tell Us About A Problem”

as the topic says. Someone Subs my account and gifted a sub to my community. But in mission control → Analytics is nothing found, and on Stripe Account the revenue are only 0$. Thats a little bit confusing.

i hope my onboarding was successfull. I started and finished onboarding on 7th of September.

Can someone check from LFG Support

  1. Is my onboarding really complete ?

  2. Is the Sub from my guest transacted?

  3. was the giftedt sub successfully transacted?

these are important settings and they have to be functional to all.
