Offline Self-Raids Should Be Disabled

Right now, you can raid yourself into another streamer even when you’re offline. For example, if joeventuramusic is live and I’m not, I can go into my own chat and raid myself into their stream — it even shows the countdown. Fix: don’t allow raids in your own channel when offline.
