All Users have personal emotes, 10 static and 10 animated. These are the Users emotes to use wherever they want.
In order to use a DJ/Streamers Tier 1 Access pass emotes, they will need to subscribe to your channel. We will take under consideration Users being able to use DJ/Streamers personal emotes if a Follower.
