Whenever I send somebody a link through Facebook or Facebook Messenger it sends them to the chat room but not the actual video and sound and they kind of get stuck stuck in the chat
Can you tell us where that link is being sent to? Mobil phone or Desktop?

It’s being sent to mobile. It’s happening to me too. Desktop version on my phone works fine. If I go through the House channel to my stream, that’s fine. Direct link to my profile on mobile is broken. Just chat window, no video.
