Raid command not working for my stream

After, I was about to finish my stream, I used the /raid command to raid to another streamer online ie. /raid stevedisconewsome he was online I was in his chat, but when I issued the command I got error message that command failed the target user was not recognized. I tried refreshing the browser page and attempted the command then I got a error message that I needed to have moderator level access, that is strange as I was the broadcaster.

I had a similar problem on different occasions.
I tried using capitalizations like the display name, but got an error saying the name didn’t exist. I tried again with all lowercase and the raid worked. (I ended up cancelling because all the viewers left when I said I was going to raid.
Then earlier today when I had a bunch of people, I tried raiding with and without caps, checked the spelling every time but still the same error. I just ended up going offline =\

I am having the exact same issue. Whether I use the same case as the username, all lowercase or even @ the person since they were in my channel earlier my raids fail with a bad channel name error message. I have given up on raiding out.
