Streaming Issue
Hello to whom it may concern to,
I have followed the videos that was supplied to make the stream balanced with the recommended settings but unfortunatley I am having terrible frame drops and unable to stream live properly.
In the attachments that I supllied with will show the rate of down/up load speed and how much it affects through OBS as well.
If theres any other suggestions outside from the videos and FAQ it would be greatful to start streaming with LFG.TV!
Thank you for your time and I will be on a look out for a response.

your upload speed is very slow - lower your video bitrate to 1000–2000 max. with that kind of upload it’s no surprise you’re having streaming issues

Hello,
As suggested by the User below, your upload speed is what determines the optimum bitrate setting. In your case, please lower your bitrate to 1500.
Please let us know if you continue to have an issue. We’re here to help.
Thank you.

Other things to consider would be others on the network and what they are doing. What camera do you have and specs for it like is it a 1080p or 720p cam with 60 or 30 fps? Are you hard wired in or running wi-fi? what computer are you using and what specs are they? Speed of cpu, graphics card, amount of memory… ect.

Hello all and thank you for a bunch of inputs and questions on this concern of mine I love this community! Also, I do apologiez on the delay.
Figure I should reply new and repsond each and all of you on this comment and if you need to reply here as well to keep it organized.
@GoldenNose and @AbLonz Thank you for joining and Ill try your suggestion towards (Golden). AbLonz I have been able to do 1080 w/ 60fps, sometimes I would have to change to 1080 w/ 30 fps or 720 60/30 fps. There are times that has worked out under my up/download speed on OBS when I do it through Twitch but wish to do it on LFG.tv now with those same settings that i have screenshot. Sometimes does have to do with weather or a surge at times that will just get stuck or lag horribly.
@Dan Stradling I’ll post a screenshot of it for viewing. Server link should be correct along with the stream key as well. Multitrack video has always been greyed out for me (unless I need that, correct me if you can).
@AbLonz Specs are posted as well if interested in viewing, other questions what was asked; no camera involvement just using VJ loops, Wallpaper Engine or Time coded VJ to save usage % from video/cpu/ram. Hardwired internet always. Memory and SSD still have an abondant of space still blue hence on the screenshot I always try to get in TB sizes to future proof suffocation or bottlenecking in spaces of usage.
I really appriciate everyone’s help to make this work, I will try the suggestions being inputted for trial and errors and will respond with any progressions. If have any other questions for me about this please I encourage and I’ll provide any more information that may resolve this as well. Thank you!

So, with this being said, when I went to switch to stream on LFG, I used what they suggested if your internet speed can handle it (I have 1Gig service). I didn’t change any other setting other than CBR to the 6000kbps and the server/stream key from what my settings were for Twitch in OBS, later switching it to 2500kbs because I send my stream out as 720 30fps for phone users as their phone can’t handle large amounts of information unless they are on a good wifi connection. I concur with@Dan Stradlingsuggestion. The kbps for bitrate I was mentioning can cause issues if you have too much as well as too little for what you are streaming at (1080 or 720). I used 2500 kbps when I was streaming 720 and 3500 kbps for 1080, both set 30fps, followed by 320 kbps for audio as that gets added on top of the CBR you choose when using 720/1080. Example, you play 1080 at 30fps CBR set to 4000, audio set to 320 and microphone set to 320, you could potentially be pushing 4640 in total for bitrate. That can make or break what you need. Streaming relies on your upload speed the most, followed by specs of computer. Your specs are good for streaming as you have done so before on twitch. Next question from me would be are you dual streaming or just to LFG? If dual streaming that would require more upload speed, if single you should not have an issue. Hope this helps!
