Video and chat not showing while multistreaming

Make A Suggestion

One of the channels I mod for (djicyice) is having issues seeing the video and chat when he multistreaming. On the flipside, I can see his video and chats crystal clear. He sent me a video on his end and it shows the LFG page with a black background. I had him reboot his computer and when he streamed, same result. Can someone look into it? I can send the video if needed.

What I do with multistreaming (TheSocaVault) I use the OBS Plug in, and then to monitor the chat, I use a cell phone. I think if he is seeing black, and everyone else can see the video, then its something with his set up.
